If you registered for TIDAL via your Facebook or Twitter account, and wish to log in to a TIDAL supported third party service:
- Please go to TIDAL.com
- Click log in
- Select forgot my password.
- A reset password email will be sent to the address associated with your social media account from email@example.com
If you do not receive the password reset email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folders. You can also add firstname.lastname@example.org to your email contacts to insure proper delivery.
Once you have reset your password, you can then log in with your email address (the email associated with the social media account) and the password you recently reset.
